Chief Engineer

The Minister of State of any of the nine capital cities of Elysium are able to appoint a Chief Engineer to assist them in their role.

Chief Engineers can construct industries and can withdraw commodities from their cities central warehouse, though not in as high a quantity as the Minister themselves.
