In Game Description
Runesmithing is the art of engraving magical runes onto weapons and body armour in order to enhance them in a number of different ways.
At a higher level in the skill, it is possible to add extra runes onto already runed items, or remove runes to place different ones onto the item.
engrave <rune> on <weapon/body armour> to engrave a rune.

Runesmithing is taught by The Artisan's Guild
