Sakura was born on the 3rd day of the 5th week of Sunbeam, 1535, in Karinthia, and spent her childhood there; upon her Twentieth birthday she was sent to the academy like all people her age and she didn't really stand out. Upon graduation she joined the army and the knights, but the government fell and the next thing she knew she was out of a guild, and worse the gates to her home were shut to her. Dejected at the loss of her home she wanders the lands aimlessly for a few months, on her travels she met Makkar, she recognized him as one of Gralnaks followers, and she instinctively reached for her sword, for she was raised to despise the demonlord and his worshippers; she stopped herself though, remembering how those she had spent her life with had exiled her and so she asked Makkar if she could have a place to live and a guild to join. He accepted after a few questions of her life and she moved to Vagla and joined the warrior's guild. The first few years of her life there were miserable. Being the only human there, most of the denizens hated her, and she responded to them in kind. A few years passed and she joined Auroras order, being only the second person to do so; she gradually became dissolusioned with what she saw as the hypocracy of her order and goddess and she eventually left. Shortly thereafter she became empress of Vagla and set about stabilizing the city, working to make sure it is no longer considered a backwater. She met her future husband, Huynh Isperel, on a trip to Polaris and they married that year. They had a son, Jaisen, a year after they were married.
